Bandar Judi Paling Gambling Case

In recent times, the Gambling Authorities has cracked down on Bandar Judi Paling and has banned her from Singapore. She was found guilty of running a gambling establishment, which is not permitted in Singapore. However, the only time she engaged in the said activity was at one particular casino.
So why would she not be allowed to go to gambling establishments? It is because they are classified as gambling establishments in their own country, which is Malaysia. It has been ruled that her establishment was illegal because she was licensed to do business in the country, but when she went to Singapore, she went into business for herself and did not have the license that she had in Malaysia.

The reason for the ban was because she allowed her fellow gamblers to pay with credit cards and cash. Even though the latter are fine methods of payment, it is still against the law to use them at gambling establishments. At a gambling establishment, the person who wins will be expected to pay with money or a bet.  Bandar Judi Paling Lengkap
Despite being part of the Singapore government, the Gambling Authority has never taken any form of action against Bandar Judi Paling. In fact, in April 2020, she made a statement to the media that she will file a lawsuit against the Gambling Authority. As a result, the Gambling Authority itself made the decision not to give the case a try.
This is surprising because gambling is allowed in Singapore. There are many casinos in Singapore, but the government regulates them in order to ensure that there is not a single company that engages in gambling and other illegal activities within the casinos. Not to mention that Singapore is a tourist country and it is important that there are regulated gambling establishments that can be visited by tourists who want to experience Singapore's casinos. However, it is also important that Bandar Judi Paling is given the opportunity to prove that she did not violate the law. The courts will determine whether the Gambling Authority's decision was right or wrong. If it were to be determined that her establishment was illegal, then the Gambling Authority will be forced to take action against it.
There is no doubt that this is a very difficult case, because it could determine the overall outcome of the entire gambling business in Singapore. If Bandar Judi Paling is found guilty, then the Gambling Authority may choose to penalize the establishment financially, by way of fines and monetary penalties.
Julius Vandersteen has already called on the Gambling Authority to "come out of hiding". On the other hand, if the gambling establishment is allowed to continue business, the Gambling Authority will have to consider it for shutting down the establishment, if the government finds that the gambling establishment continues to operate illegally. The Gambling Authority must come out of hiding now so that Bandar Judi Paling is able to prove her innocence.
